IT'S SIMPLE!! We sell homes for 3% - 4.5% Fee.

WE SELL HOMES FOR 3% - 4.5%. If a cooperating broker is not involved in the transaction (meaning if someone calls me off of my marketing, website or the sign), then the home sells for 3%. If another agent brings the buyer from the MLS, your fee will be 4.5%. Either way, you are saving between 1.5% - 3% AND you are getting full exposure like you would at any other real estate agency without paying a HIGHER FEE. You get the same ITEMS that other agents PROMISE and more.. (yard sign, flyers, flyer tube, keybox, CSS, website, MLS with 25 pics of your home, aggressive marketing strategies, help with staging, assistance from my construction personnel to get your home sold, AND YOUR HOME IS BEING HANDLED BY AN ON THE SCENES  REAL ESTATE BROKER AND NOT A REAL ESTATE AGENT.

Misty specializes in Caddo Mills, Forney, Frisco, Garland, Lavon, Mesquite, Rockwall, Royse City, Plano, Sachse, and Wylie areas.

We work with sellers, buyers and investors. Our firm has experience in short sales (a short sale is when you owe more than your house is worth and we work on your behalf with your bank to get it SOLD). We work with distressed sellers, sellers that are relocating, moving up or downsizing. We also work with first time home buyers, and with investors on rehabbing homes for the least amount of money to rent or resell.

Our firm has a construction team that has over 20 years experience in homebuilding and remodeling. Their full-time job is to help our past clients on remodeling, getting our seller's homes sold, our buyer's homes remodeled to suit their taste or our investor's homes rehabbed. Our clients get to use our construction team at below market prices. Many times, you will see  construction personnel with Misty. It's not unlikely that one will be with her on a listing presentation to view the home of any challenges.
